We achieved Gender Equality Certification from DNV by implementing welfare policies that promote equality and organizational well-being, despite gender disparities in production roles. While women represent 22% of production staff, they make up 46% of office positions, including managerial roles.
At Tecniplast, we recognize that our strength lies in our people. For this reason, we have introduced a Gender Equality Policy supported by a Gender Equality Management System in compliance with UNI/PdR 125:2022, with clear objectives monitored through key performance indicators (KPIs).
