The document, drawn up in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNI EN ISO 14001:2015, is inspired by the Group's Code of Conduct approved by the Board of Directors of Tecniplast S.p.A. based on the proposal presented by the Sustainability Committee.

• Analyze the causes of non-conformity to define and implement effective corrective actions.
• Reduce the environmental impact of our activities.
• Promote the use of certified recycled or organic materials.
• Evaluate the environmental impacts of new products, systems, and processes or modifications to existing ones with a focus on prevention and improvement.
• Promote the development of the most efficient suppliers to ensure product and service sustainability and quality.
• Disseminate the corporate culture of quality and sustainability to the sales network.
• Reduce the environmental impacts of service activities.
